DR4005. large Confederate bowie knife in good dug condition, measures 16.75" long with an 11.75" clip point blade that is 1.5" tall, the tang continues from the top of the blade through a simple iron guard, the iron is strong and stable but there is slight loss to the edge on the end third of the blade, this would have been a wicked fighting knife, but also sturdy enough to have been very functional in camp, displays great
