Ordering Terms

1. Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, or Personal Checks are Accepted. Personal Checks MUST clear before the order is shipped.

2. Please make payments payable to "William T. Hays" and send to 4209 Rustic Way, Kingsport, TN 37664

3. Please include shipping and insurance costs. Shipping is five dollars on most orders. Larger orders/items will be quoted.

4. All items are fully guaranteed. If you are not happy with any item, return it within three days for a full refund.

5. E-mail and phone orders are accepted and are held for seven days, pending payment.

6. Tennessee residents must supply a tax number or include Tennessee sales tax.

7. I am always looking to for items to buy and all trades are considered.

8. Visits are by appointment only. Please let me know if you would like to come by.
