UP1138.Regulation 1832 Pattern Artillery plate in great shape, unfortunately, this is only half of the buckle, there would have been a second disc with an eagle on it and the two halves joined by an S hook, no way to know, but I can see a proud old soldier cutting the two halves off and giving one to each of his grandsons, the originals were cast with a solid center lug that was then drilled for the S hook, beware, there is a large number out that the center lug was cast flat then folded, these are all reproductions!
