Colt Model 1860 Army revolver in good shape, the metal has a light / medium gray patina with very slight surface pitting, the top of the eight inch long barrel has the Colt's New York address that is only partially visible due to wear, all matching serial numbers denote an early war manufacture date of 1862, the two piece walnut grips are in good shape but a little dry, the action functions properly but is a little soft, overall an early war Colt that no doubt saw a lot of service, displays well
