DR4022. extremely rare Mass Arms Company Adams revolver frame dug many years ago in Vicksburg, MS, there was only approx. 1,000 of these manufactured from 1857 - 1861, the metal is strong with only minimal surface pitting, it has a dark brown patina, amazingly the one piece wood grip is still present and in good dug condition, this is the only dug example I can recall ever seeing
