EW1030. Model 1850 foot officer sword in great shape, the blade is 32" long and free of nicks or damage, it retains it's original finish that has dulled to a light grey, it is etched on each side, visible but faint, the blade fits tightly into the hilt with only a slight wiggle to the guard, the grip has the original ray skin wrap in great shape, it has also retains the original wire braid wrap, the brass guard has good detail, the leg side of the guard is slightly bent down most lightly intentionally done, the scabbard is also in good condition with just a couple of small dents, metal with brass furniture, displays well
